I am about to set off for a day (afternoon) in London at the BT tower. It was (and is) an iconic landmark in 60's London and it is 50yrs since I first walked through the doors. I'll fill this post out on the train down to London in about an hour.

So I 'm on the train now and should arrive London about 13.40. I was 14 yrs old when I first visited the (then)GPO Tower thanks to my grandfather who was head of security at the time.
