I have added a new detail row on thumb display in the gallery.

For this to display correctly the uploader must enter the correct info in all the detail fields at upload.

Looks good to me! Just a thought...What about adding the number of views that a cover has received? Would be pretty cool to see that info!

We don't count the views.

Reason is that data is very misleading, as search indexing bots crawl us all the time and those hits would look like views when in fact they would not be actual views by a person.

I could have it track views I suppose and filter out the bot hits... mmm... something to do on a rainy day I guess...

Views added.

To start I set all views equal to the number of downloads as those are the only views known, after today all new views of the preview image will be counted.

It does not count search bot hits, guest, anonymous or self views.

So if you look at your own uploads those views will be ignored.

Also it ignores multiple page re-loads by the same user ie only one view counted per member.

Note to us artists, it will count self-views if you look at your own cover while not logged in to the site. I gotta remember to log in on my phone and stay logged in

Lol, not anymore, also updated the core code so the views get counted before the page is built, that way the new view shows in the total on page load, have no clue why they did it after the page was built but the way they do a lot of things I find odd, so par for the course I guess.
