As of now there are two Artist Groups here at the site-- Uncovered Artists and Resident Artists.
The benefit of maintaining membership in either Artist Group is you will be able to upload without moderator approval and you will also be able to make special requests for resources and they will be given priority.
In order to be considered for admission into the Uncovered Artists Group you will need to 'have' uploaded and been approved on a minimum of 10-20 Custom or Scanned Covers or 50-100 Custom or Scanned Disc labels and have been a active member here for at least 30 days.
Residents have their own sections and must have been a active member in the Uncovered Artists Group for a minimum of 12 months possibly longer to even be considered for admission.
Resource Contributor
If you would like to become a Resource Contributor who can upload without approval.
Then you will need to upload some and have them approved, how many will vary, if your are known around the community then it will happen quickly otherwise we will need a trail period to see what you intend to contribute.
As a private site we reserve the right to add any member to any group or remove any member from any group for any reason or for no reason at all -- who in our opinion needs to be added or removed.
We will keep you apprised of any changes or additions in this thread.

Notes
The resource gallery is a courtesy for our artists and members, as such we are not looking to fill the resources gallery with a lot of old resources that will have little appeal to our artists. That said if your uploads meet the size requirements but are deemed to be generic and without any real merit to our artists then they may well be deleted without any notice to you.
That said we are NOT a resource site, nor do we desire to become one, we are a cover art site.
Resources that receive few to zero downloads are subject to deletion at the discretion of the administrators to recover wasted disc space.
If you intend to post anything to resources other than Textless Poster Art or Title Treatments for the latest or future releases, then you might want to check with staff first.
