Hi there.

I found this site just checking out cool custom blu ray covers on the web. I'm a massive movie fan and have been all my life as far back as I can remember. I'm almost 42 so grew up in the VHS era.
I'm a pretty big collector though not as obsessive as some. I own multiple versions of some favourite films but I don't like having duplicated titles on my shelves since I'm always trying to make space. I like my collection to look as good as possible and if that means swapping out some art that makes me groan on an official release then that's what I'll do to enhance its shelf presence.

I love both cult/weird and wonderful movies/foreign cinema and hollywood fare alike. I'm a big comic reader and an anime and manga fan since I first discovered it back in the early 90's. Love Japanese cinema too.

I also enjoy model kits and action figures, recently I got into toy photography. Sadly I can't draw very well, would love nothing more than to get better at it but finding the time is difficult and well....my age is kind of against me on that front. I'm trying to learn photoshop as well but it's kinda hard to dedicate a decent chunk of time to it.

I'm getting married this year to a wonderful woman I've been with for almost 19 years. I work in a kind of dull office job but I'm not one for a huge amount of responsibility.

Cheers Tmscrapbook I'm sure I will. Some very talented people reside here judging by the covers I've seen so far. Plus y'know just talking about films is kind of my bag so......seems like a good place to be.
