I’m glad to join such an amazing Community with incredibly talented people! Some of the Covers I’ve seen here are absolute works of Art! I’ve been a Collector of Physical Media since the old VHS days, and currently I’ve got around 2,000 (mostly) Blu-Rays along with some DVD’s as well.

As someone who grew up in the early heyday of the mid-80’s Video Store era, some of my best memories are of spending hours and hours perusing the aisles, taking in all of the magnificent Cover-Art as a kid. I’ve tried to recreate that feeling over the years in my own Collection, which is why I’ve always strived to attain physical representations of many of my favorite Movies in Versions that aesthetically evoked many of the cherished Titles that I saw over and over again in my youth. I appreciate the great lengths that many of you here go through to recapture that ‘Video Store Magic’ from long ago. I am truly in awe of your guys’ skills!
