Hi to old and new friends!

To start this off . . . thanks Wansbrough for the invite. I see many familiar names here already.

I was a Generetic castaway after the axe fell there. For the past 1 1/2 yrs I've frequented Custom Covers several times a day. I do mostly scans but I think I'm pretty good at it. I also have dabbled a bit with customs and actually have 34 in progress now. I'm slow at these though 'cause I'm still learning.

I live in Canada and just retired last fall after over 40 years at General Motors (this is why they're going bankrupt . . . hah hah).

Looking forward to poking around the forums here to see where and how I can fit in.

Hello bluesnow, pleased you decided to sign up here. I like your attitude and you will soon see we are a friendly and fun place and believe it or not are here for the same reason....(one word.......arcade!!!) Will sort your upgrade out now.
No credit system here, just good manners with a bit of passion for the hobby.

I've been looking all over for the site rules . . . preview sizes, preferred label/cover sizes, quality requirements, credit info, membership fees etc. Please point me in the right place.

with the previews the board will make them smaller if they are to big but labels is generally 400x400 pixels and for covers i use 551x445 but you can have them bigger than this, there are no fees here, quality is important covers and labels must be correctly sized for there apropiate case, ie 3240x2175@300dpi for amarey size cases, also the quality of images must be good, preety much the same standards as any good quality coversite, i hope this helps and if you need anymore info or help then give me a shout

I have no interest in the arcade yet. And for the 34 WIP, you might call in it 1 WIP with 33 more copies. I'm working on the Baby Einstein series of children's videos. I don't know if I'll ever get time to finish them all. Retired life is hectic, don't know how I ever had time to go to work.
