Barbeque'd Potatoes

I've mentioned my prime rib roasts before but don't think I ever mentioned my potatoes. Here are my favourites
from the barbeque. They're cooked in the pan with a touch of oil over medium heat. They taste like french fries.
I can't seem to duplicate these in a frying pan, they never turn out the same.
