Here's Your First Look at ARROW's Live-Action Vixen
Posted: Tue Jan 26, 2016 8:27 amWe've known for a little while now that The CW was bringing it's animated superhero Vixen into live-action with an appearance on Arrow, and now we have the first image of actress Megalyn Echikunwoke suited up in costume for the role. Here's what the character looks like in animated form:
Echikunwoke looks terrific, and the coolest part is that she's the same actress that provides the voice for the Vixen character on the titular CW Seed series (that's CW's online digital channel, in case you've never heard of it). I'm blanking right now, but I'm sure some of you can jump into the comments and help me out with this one: what are some of your favorite cases in which actors have provided the voices for animated characters and then reprised those roles in live-action?
Vixen is set to appear in episode 15 of Arrow’s current season, which will air on February 24th. I wonder how long it'll be before she makes her first appearance on The Flash...
