I went with Duds as there is a candy here in the states called milk duds. I believe fog took duds to mean faulty ammunition which often misfire. I went with Malfunctions because a misfire is a malfunction of sorts. Then we have Failure since a malfunction is a failure of sort. I hope that helps.

Guys, guys, guys! It simple word association. It doesn't HAVE to MEAN anything. The relationship is entirely up to the reader. The oddest things can trigger a word in one person's mind that would never have a clear relationship in another's. That's the whole point. It's kinda like word inkblots. There's no wrong answer & we're not required to follow some logical thread.

Yes, Vince. I recognized your reference of Duds following Milk. I wouldn't sit through a film in a theater without a couple of boxes of them, some raisinets & a Chunky bar or two. But, since it's not about following a logical connection, yes, I deviated to misfires, which are generally referred to as duds. I could have also used squibs, but that would have really thrown you.

Yes, Pip, that reference would have lost me, but who cares? I don't have to understand your reference. What counts is that it's the first one that came to YOUR mind. You aren't here to please us, you're just supposed to spew out the first word... unless, of course, it's always SEX. That gets a little old after awhile.
