Muilti Disc Blu-ray cases

I've brought the Rambo box set that came in the carbored box reather then a normal case. I was wondering if any sites selling 4 discs cases, or 2 disc side by side configuration (meaning a disc on the front part and the other on the back) that shit to the UK.

I've already got swing trays so i can put 1, 2 and 3 discs in a normal 14mm case.
