This came out on DVD/Blu-ray last week. Has anyone seen it yet? Thumbs up or down?

Deadpool (2016)

This is the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Personally, I did not think I would like it so I was biased going in.

Surprisingly --- I really liked it, it's quite funny but remember it's rated R for a reason, crude language start to finish and some explicit sexual stuff, then I guess since they had the R rating for those they went ahead and opened up the door on the violence to include graphic dismemberment and blood effects.

If those things don't bother you then you may well like it, I did.

Well, I finally watched this movie with my sister last week and we were not really impressed by it. There are a few good parts and yes it's funny but it wasn't the regular Marvel movie that I normally love to watch. I knew this going forward because of all the trailers I saw beforehand, so I wasn't totally disappointed but my sister kept saying "WTF"?? lol
