Season première of this series came out on DVD/Blu-ray on April 5th this year. I’ve already watched it and liked this remake! I normally don’t go for comedy, but I think Thomas Lennon is just hilarious! Season 2 has started, so I will be watching it when I feel like comedy!

The Odd Couple (2015- ) TV Series

The show is an American multi-camera television comedy that premiered on February 19, 2015, on CBS. It is based on the TV series that was broadcast from September 1970 to March 1975 on ABC. It starred Tony Randall as Felix Unger and Jack Klugman as Oscar Madison.

After being kicked out of their houses by their wives, two friends try to share an apartment, but their ideas of housekeeping and lifestyles are as different as night and day.

I have seen some of it, was pretty funny the few shows I did catch

Looks pretty good.

I remember the original series well. I'll have a look at this although I do tend to view remakes as inferior.

I'll approach it with an open mind though.

I would not wish to boost your expectations. Watch out for the happy face once I've seen the first ep. You may be surprised.

Then again you may not.

I grew up with the old show too Pip and this is, umm "different"

CBS renewed comedy series "The Odd Couple" for Season 3. Next season, the show which stars Matthew Perry may be paired with CBS' new comedy "I'm Not Your Friend starring fellow "Friends" alumnus Matt LeBlanc.
