Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV (2016)

Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV is now playing in theaters and a DVD release date is estimated for October 4, 2016. So far, I’ve liked all Final Fantasy movies, so I’ll probably watch this one also.

Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV (2016)

War has raged between the two kingdoms of Lucis and Niflheim for as long an anyone can remember. The Kingdom of Lucis is home to the sacred crystal, but Niflheim will do anything in their power to make it theirs. King Regis of Lucis commands Nyx Ulric and his band of soldiers known as the Kingsglaive who fight to the death to protect the kingdom from Niflheim. As Niflheim advances and makes demands to own the very kingdom, Nyx, King Regis, and the Kingsglaive must fight to the very end in order to protect their city and kingdom from ruin.

Just not interested in ANYTHING animé or animated. I don't care how well done it is. Even too much CGI leaves me cold.

Not a fan of the films or animation/anime in general.

That said loved the games, well a couple of them Squaresoft really cracked the code on how to make good RPG's, they could be considered the pioneers who blazed the trail and mapped the terrain all RPG's today follow.

Final Fantasy is probably the only game series in the world I was ever truly interested in.

Got kind of hooked on FF7 then on FF8 I was full on game addict for six months maybe, then FF9 kind of lost me and after that they just got sillier and sillier.

For those who don't know FF7 came out in 1997 on PS1 and found it maybe late 1998 then FF8 came out in 1999 for PS2 can you say upgrade, so my reign as a master gamer was very brief...

Never played C. May have to give it a try. My boys play all the time. I'm more of a Madden Guy.

Yeah my daughter is a big gamer, of course as many of you know, my brother is "the" gamer he lives and breathes it, that's why we never see him around on the cover scene anymore...

I'm not fond of Madden or other sports games I've tried them, I'm very fond of the real thing as you well know...

BTW they ported FF8 to the PC, it's a older game by today's standards but I still play a level or two here and there, I don't own a game system anymore since my daughter grew up and moved out, have no need of one lol.

I gave up on gaming when my favorite flying game, JetFighter II wouldn't run on Windows any more. I tried JF3, but it just wasn't the same. They got too 'gamey' instead of focusing on the reality aspect of flying a fighter. I used to actually break a sweat trying to land an F16 on a carrier at night in rough seas. That will tighten your sphincter.

FF3 was my favorite followed by FF5. FF7 and 8 were great stories but I didn't care for the Gameplay. After that the stories got a bit strange and I quit following the series.
