Are we not allowed to upload 11mm spine covers?

The case is measured on the outside for max width at the top and the bottom which if you look close is sightly wider than the spine plus the insert goes under the plastic.
It's kind of a trivial thing anyway as 1mm is only 0.04 of and inch barely measurable and most people can't even cut a line that straight.
