I haven't posted about my BBQ exploits in a long time so thought I'd just find out if anyone is hungry.
This is a 4 LB (1.8 kg) prime rib and a batch of potatoes I decided to experiment with. You'll see the thermocouple from my meat thermometer sticking out of the meat. I plot the internal temperature of every roast I cook, every 15 minutes. I have records on over 100 of them and as a result I can predict how long a roast will take to cook on the BBQ to within 10 minutes. This one took 3 hrs and 30 minutes.
Anyone hungry?
